Don't know what to bake for Easter? Our pretty bunny or carrot cupcakes will surely make you fall in love.

Here are the ingredients needed for 8 people:
- 240g carrots
- 100g butter
- 130g brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 100g of pecans.

For the icing, provide yourself with:
- 40g of tempered butter
- 80g powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon of light heavy cream
- 80g Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla

To decorate your cupcakes:
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- Powdered sugar
- Red and green food coloring.

Cake preparation:
- Bring in your carrots.
- Whisk the eggs and sugar together.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda and add to the eggs and sugar.
- Add the melted butter, grated carrots, cinnamon and chopped pecans.
- Put the preparation in a buttered cupcake tin and cook for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

The preparation of the icing:
- Whip the butter and powdered sugar little by little.
- Incorporate the cream, vanilla and cream cheese until smooth.
- Using a piping bag, decorate the top of your cupcakes.
- Set aside in a cool place, the cream should be quite firm.

Decorating:
- Use your frosting and color it pink and green.
- Cut your shortcrust pastry in the shape of bunny ears and carrot roots then put them in the oven until they are completely cooked.
- Once the dough is cooked, let it cool completely.
- Then decorate the rabbit ears in white and pink and the carrot roots in green.
- Put in the fridge at least 24 hours before use.

You will need:
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups of potting soil
- 1 cup of winter wheat
- water
- Dishwashing liquid
- A needle
- A knife

Manufacturing:
- Gently break the tops of your eggs with a knife and empty them.
- Rinse your shells with warm water and washing up liquid.
- Poke a small hole in the bottom of the shell.
- Mix all of the potting soil with a little water so that it is moist, then scatter the potting soil evenly throughout your shells.
- Cover the top with a layer of wheat seed and cover them lightly.
- Water daily and place them in a sunny spot.
In three days you should find young shoots poking out.
