How do I return to BellePaga?

Do you want to return a BelePaga item?

Follow the 4 steps for a successful return with ease.

Step 1: Contact

Contact us via our  contact form on our website by going to the “About” and “Contact us” sections.

In your message, please enter your order number .

Please note: you have 14 days after receipt of your order to return your item,
it must be new never worn and must still have its label.

Step 2: Return validation

After validation by our teams, a return label will be sent to you by email.

Step 3: Send the package

Be sure to pack the package well , then print and stick the return label on the package.

Then you just have to drop off the package at a point near you.

Step 4: Reception

BellePaga receives your package, checks that everything is ok and reimburses you .
