Follow the 4 steps for a successful return with ease.
In order to reduce transport and its impact on the environment as much as possible, BellePaga will only bear the cost of returns if the cause is our responsibility (wrong color/size sent, defective product, etc.).
In all other cases (change of mind, wrong address, wrong product ordered, ....), the return costs will be charged to the customer.
The right of return assumes that the item is returned to us in new, unworn condition, with all labels attached and in its original packaging. Goods which do not arrive in this condition, or which are incomplete, damaged or have been unpacked, will not be reimbursed and will remain at the disposal of the purchaser, who will be responsible for collecting them from our head office. Socks that have been unpacked and worn will not be refunded for reasons of hygiene.

After validation by our teams, a return label will be sent to you by email.
Be sure to pack the package well , then print and stick the return label on the package.
Then you just have to drop off the package at a point near you.
