Yes, delivery is international.
What are the possible types of delivery?
There are different delivery methods: home delivery, by post (DHL, DPD, bpost...), by Mondial Relay.
Can I follow the route of my order live?
Yes, it is possible to follow the route of your parcel. We will send you a tracking code when your order is dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?
- Europe in EU: Free of charge from 89€. Below this amount the cost is 5.90€ for a delivery at home and 3.90€ at a pick-up station.
- Europe Buiten EU: Free of charge from 200€. Below this amount the cost is 15€ for a delivery at home
- North America: Shipping is free for orders over 200€. Below this amount the cost is 25€ for a delivery at home.
- Asia: Shipping is free of charge from 200€ onwards. Below this amount, the cost is 35€ for a delivery at home.
Please note that for business orders, a minimum purchase of €350 is required. Orders not meeting this minimum amount unfortunately cannot be processed.
