When you contact ALLPACA SPRL using the various contact forms, email or telephone, your data will be retained for up to five (5) years from the last contact. With regard to your user account, your billing data is kept for ten (10) years from the date of purchase. The rest of your data will be kept for five (5) years from the date of your request to deactivate your user account. Your credit card details for any purchases will be kept for thirteen (13) months from the date of debit, in case of any disputes regarding the transaction. When you request it, your user account on the Website will be deactivated and then completely deleted at the end of the above-mentioned periods from the day you made the request.

Finally, Data collected through cookies or trackers will be kept for up to six (6) months for cookies or trackers measuring audience numbers and up to thirteen (13) months for others. Beyond the aforementioned retention periods, your Data will be anonymised and kept for statistical purposes only.
