Indeed, in addition to its softness and warmth (7 times warmer than sheep's wool), alpaca wool is known for its exceptional properties, including the fact that it is the only hypoallergenic wool.

Baby alpaca is softer (like silk) and warmer than alpaca wool and is ideal for knitting your favourite accessories. The high quality wool comes from alpacas in Peru who live in their natural environment at an altitude of over 4000m.
